Lead clinical nursing practice, identifying and implementing improvements for patients and staff. Apply nursing knowledge within the Relationship-Based Care framework to meet patient and family needs. Communicate effectively with care providers, patients, families, and colleagues, sharing new knowledge through various formats. Utilize performance improvement tools to enhance care quality and work environment, spreading best practices across units. Build and maintain productive relationships through mentoring and positive communication, addressing cultural diversity and workplace issues. Mentor and educate staff, serving as a preceptor for students and new nurses, and promoting continuous learning and development.
