Location: Hybrid, located in one of our markets: Houston, TX, Austin, TX, Dallas, TX, or Colorado Springs, CO

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year plus quarterly bonus

Certification: BCBA, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designs, implements, and monitors clinical training programs across all clinician levels, including RBTs, BCBAs, and Clinic Directors.
  • Provides training, mentorship, and case support to newly hired or newly credentialed BCBAs as they onboard and assume full clinical responsibility
  • Serves as the authorized BCBA for cases held by newly hired or newly certified BCBAs and Clinical Residents pending credentialing or certification, enabling up to 400 additional weekly caseload hours and generating approximately $20,000 in weekly revenue
  • Supports up to 20 clinical hours per week, contributing approximately $1,800 in weekly revenue
  • Leads the organization's apprentice program for employees working toward BCaBA or BCBA certification; develops and maintains a system for tracking apprentice program metrics, including participant names, hours accrued, educational programs, anticipated graduation date, projected testing date and any other relevant information for each apprentice
  • Creates and implements materials required for individual and group supervision that meet the expectations of the company's apprentice program, BACB, and university requirements
  • Develops and implements systems to monitor competency and performance across all clinician levels,
  • Ensures all apprentices are receiving at least 2-3 hours of group supervision per month in addition to managing 1:1 supervision to meet BACB requirements; adjusts group supervision as needed to account for supervision needs of up to 20 apprentices
  • Manages supervision contracts for all apprentices companywide
  • Stays up-to-date and disseminates any changes related to supervision of trainees as indicated by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • Maintains complete and accurate documentation according to ethical, professional, funder, regulatory, and company requirements
  • Coordinates with Clinic Directors and Senior Clinic Directors to ensure that they are trained in 1:1 supervision, as required
  • Conducts consistent program reviews to ensure a high degree of clinical excellence for clients, including analysis of progress for skill acquisition and behavior reduction, to ensure appropriate progress is made, maintained and generalized
  • Assists with completion of all required reports and updates for clients in a timely and effective manner, to ensure consistency in care
  • Follows general best practice standards and evidence-based interventions in compliance with the behavior analytic literature and consults with peers and supervisors, as needed
  • Supports provision of consistent formal and informal feedback to all ABA service providers who render direct care to clients, as assigned
  • Completes other job duties and projects, as assigned

Qualifications and Required Skills:

  • Valid, current and in good standing BCBA credential and LBA (TX)
  • Minimum of 5 years of BCBA experience preferred
  • Must reside in Texas or Colorado
  • Knowledge of Autism and other developmental disorders
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Previous experience working with a range of children with autism, developmental disorders or typically developing children
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for helping children achieve their full potential
  • Ability to work on a team and adapt to a changing environment
  • Willing to learn and implement new skills
  • Available to work in a hybrid setting, remote and in-clinic, as needed
