Clinical Therapy Associate Outpatient - Deaconess Health System : Job Details

As a Licensed Mental Health Outpatient Therapist, you will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess Memorial. The Licensed Mental Health Outpatient Therapist delivers quality individual, family and group counseling services to patients and their families to determine short-term or long-term treatment needs and meet the patient's social, emotional and psychological needs. Consistently performs in a manner that exemplifies Deaconess standards for customer relations and patient satisfaction. Performs diagnostic intake evaluations, which may include the skilled use of a variety of culturally sensitive mental health assessment tools. Conducts individual, family and group counseling services which incorporate evidence-based treatment modalities. Develops, implements and conducts psychoeducational programming, as needed. As needed, performs crisis de-escalation and intervention services in collaboration with appropriate community resources.
