Description Note: This is a 1099 PRN position with required availability and options to work days, evenings, and weekends. Responsibilities Conduct individual therapy sessions Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans Provide crisis intervention and support as needed during sessions Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies Stay current with mental health research and best practices to inform therapeutic approaches Free individual and group supervision provided, total of 4 supervisions per month Requirements Master's degree in Social Work Active state licensure or eligible for licensure Strong understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients Ability to work independently and as part of a team Powered by JazzHR caAEfITSXG
