Clinical Team Lead (100% Full Time, Days)- Same Day/Family Medicine Clinic - Adena Health System : Job Details

The Clinical Team Leader, MA/ LPN provides team leader responsibilities for the clinic. This position ensures compliance with regulatory, accreditation standards and Adena Health System policies and procedures. The incumbent provides direction for the clinical staff and participates in the workload as needed within his/her professional scope. The incumbent may also provide direction to clerical staff as needed. Decisions are made independently and/or in collaboration with the Manager, Clinic Staff and Operations and/or Director. This position has access to confidential information and functions under the direction of the Manager, Clinic Staff and Operations and/or Director. This position will support the Same Day clinic and Family Medicine clinic. Required Educational Degree:Graduate of an Accredited Program in.
