Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Clinical Support Technician to join our team! This position will provide and/or support patient care by performing tasks and duties consistent with professional standards and HealthPartners policies and procedures. In addition, may function in supply aid and/or sterilization capacity by maintaining a safe work area and ensuring that it is adequately stocked, cleaned and organized. Implement cleaning and sterilizing procedures to support infection control and OSHA standards. Based in the Pulmonary & Sleep Clinic, on the Methodist hospital campus in St Louis Park, our Pulmonary & Sleep Clinic team is an incredibly dynamic, disciplined, forward thinking, busy & fun group of people! This position offers the chance to work directly with our patients, not only the team of nurses & other clinical support techs, but also our medical providers, respiratory therapists & sleep educators. The team supports over 20 pulmonary & sleep providers & can see upwards of 130 patients per day, both in-person & virtually. Our clinic services all manner of lung & sleep disorders/diagnoses, with 5 pulmonary labs performing all types of breathing tests. The clinical support tech duties include, but are not limited to, rooming patients, check in calls for both virtual & in-person patient appointments, administrative tasks, pre-visit planning (including obtaining images from outside locations to be available for the visit) & CPAP downloads. This is a very strong team, looking for equally strong candidates to join & help grow the department. Full orientation & training will be provided for all aspects of the clinical support tech position within the clinic. Schedule: Monday-Friday Dayshift hours TBD.
