Clinical Supervisor (LifeSet) - Youth Villages : Job Details

The clinical supervisor is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the counselors. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Provide support and assistance as needed to team. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and other essential duties. Additional Information Schedule is flexible and non-traditional; based around the availability of young adults and families served. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a personal vehicle to use for work purposes and auto insurance. Community-based staff will be reimbursed for applicable mileage. Qualifications Requirements A Master's degree in a social services discipline is preferred; a Bachelor's degree in a social services discipline is required.
