How your role makes a difference As a Clinical Supervisor, you willoversee the clinical administration of our Counseling and/or Behavioral HealthPrograms. This role includes direct service provision, staff supervision, andensuring compliance with agency, federal, and state regulations. You will playa key role in maintaining high-quality care and building a cohesive,mission-driven team.
Responsibilities include: - Supervise case assessments, treatment planning, and case closures;
- Coordinate behavioral health intake and referrals;
- Provide direct therapy and behavioral health counseling;
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and clinical evaluations;
- Ensure compliance with contracts, audits, and billing requirements;
- Supervise staff and interns, fostering team cohesion and morale;
- Participate in budget planning and adherence;
- Maintain relationships with referral sources and community partners;
- Ensure on-call rotational service availability within the team;
- Support accreditation and licensing requirements;
- Attend project and community meetings as needed;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services or related field from an accredited college;
- Possess professional licensure in state of Michigan;
- Minimum of 2 years post-master's clinical experience;
- Strong clinical, therapeutic, and crisis intervention skills;
- Proven supervisory and communication abilities;
- Budgeting experience preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Must be able to pass required medical examinations and have the physical ability to fulfill the essential job functions, including physical restraints of a resident;
- Successfully pass an annual TB test and document preference to receive or decline Hepatitis immunization;
- Must be 21 years old with a valid driver'slicense with at least 3 years driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalfof Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain areliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;
- Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;
- Documentation of immunity to vaccine preventable diseases orthe willingness to receive vaccination, or seek an exemption;
- Subscription to and integration of the agency Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, and Commitment to Unity.
