Clinical Supervisor - Heritage Valley Health System : Job Details

Department: Psychiatric Unit Work Hours: Full-Time 72 hr position, primarily night shift. Rotating weekends and holidays as required. Basic Function: This position has shift accountability in assisting the Manager in providing high quality, cost effective patient care, through the appropriate, direct management of human and fiscal resources. Primary responsibility includes the coordination of department clinical services. Collaboration with other departments is essential. This position functions as the on-site administrative representative during off shifts , holidays and weekends. Required: This position requires current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse, a minimum of three years clinical experience in the clinical area that they supervise and demonstrated expert clinical and leadership skills. PALS and NRP certification is required for Maternal Child Health. ACLS and PALS are required for PACU.
