Title: Clinical Supervisor Location: Baltimore, MD (Onsite) Employment Type: Full Time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm Compensation Pay Range:$60.00-$80.00/Hrs Description Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment services. Provide clinical supervision to clinical and counseling staff. Collaborate with the Program Director for training and supervising credentialed staff. Plan evidence-based therapeutic activities and counseling services. Guide entry-level staff in planning therapeutic activities and sessions. Work independently, adhering to established regulations, policies, and procedures. Key Responsibilities Treat clients and staff with dignity and respect. Develop and monitor training plans for clinical staff. Implement treatment schedules for clinical interventions. Supervise counselors, therapists, and documentation processes. Intervene in difficult cases and approve referrals to specialized care. Supervise the aftercare component of treatment. Maintain a small client caseload when necessary. Qualifications Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or equivalent field. Licensure or certification required: LCPC, LCADC, CAC-AD with supervisor's letter, or LCSW-C.
