Clinical Supervisor - Home Health Care - Virtua Health : Job Details

Oversee direct operational functions of the license company to be in regulatory compliance. Responsible for growth/development of license company to increase market share as well as VIP Program. Position Responsibilities: - Oversee direct operational function of license company which include entire services. - Attend system-wide marketing events/community events to grow license volume and extend assignments as required/regulatory manager. - Responsible for internal/external customer/patient service. - Works directly with billing manager to ensure private services are timely billed & collected. - Meet regulatory compliance for state/federal & JCAHO standards. - Cover for team managers as well as clinical supervision of team and as needed basis as well as on call rotation and holiday rotation. Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required:3 years of Home Care Experience and 2 years of Supervisory. Required Education:Bachelor degree required.
