Our Home-Based Services program is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead and mentor a team delivering critical mental health services to youth and families across diverse communities. Responsibilities Provide clinical supervision and guidance to In-Home Therapists, Therapeutic Mentors, and Family Partners. Review documentation, oversee treatment planning, and ensure compliance with clinical standards. Lead case reviews and clinical meetings to foster a culture of quality and collaboration. Support onboarding, staff development, and performance feedback. Maintain communication with leadership regarding caseloads, staffing needs, and program delivery.
