Total Earnings Potential: $91,000 - $106,000 in your first year!

• Base salary of $80,000-$95,000
• Up to $6,000 in annual performance bonuses (paid monthly)
• Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM - Enjoy your evenings at home!

Work Setting: Center-based with 1 Work From Home day per week (eligibility required)

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and create data-driven treatment plans
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
• Facilitate parent training while ensuring high clinical quality
• Maintain a target of 30 billable hours per week
• Collaborate within a pod model for peer support and clinical consistency
• Contribute to ongoing training, quality assurance, and curriculum development

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
• Current BCBA certification
• Experience with individuals with autism and developmental needs
• Proficient in technology usage (iPad, electronic data collection, scheduling platforms)
• Clearance from a TB test, immunization records, and background check
• Spanish-speaking is a plus!
