Title: Clinical Staff Employment Type: Contract W2 only(Remote) Compensation: Pay Range:$20-$60 Per HR Description: • Provide frontline clinical care using the EPIC system. • Participate in workflow validation and optimization sessions. • Offer feedback on system usability and clinical documentation templates. • Support adoption of new EPIC modules and features. • Communicate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care. Key Responsibilities: • Document clinical encounters accurately in EPIC. • Engage in training and system updates. • Report system issues and workflow improvement opportunities. • Follow organizational policies for data entry and patient care. • Act as a superuser or clinical champion as needed. Qualifications: • 5 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting. • EPIC experience preferred or ability to train quickly. • Current clinical licensure (e.g., RN, LPN, MA) depending on role. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Familiarity with clinical workflows and electronic health records.
