Clinical Specialist - Zoll Data Systems : Job Details

This position provides technical support during the implant of the remede System, and other technical support and training to improve patient outcomes. Essential Functions. Provide technical support during implant of the remede System. Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of a new implanting center. Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration. Work closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales process. Support therapy optimization of the remede System during overnight sleep studies. Train new customers to use the remede System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programming. Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule. Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities. Provide remote technical support during scheduled on-call duties. Required/ Preferred Education and Experience.
