The Clinical Specialist is a mental health professional who collaborates with the Treatment Apartment case management teams to provide clinical guidance for high-risk individuals. The Clinical Specialist supports individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders, ensuring they receive the necessary interventions to maintain community living and housing stability. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Deliver clinical consultation and crisis management support to supported housing teams. Consult on challenging cases (e.g., clients with co-morbidities, psychiatric risk, AOT/forensic involvement) and maintain a clinical watch list of such cases. Lead internal case conferences to support staff in designing person-centered, evidence-based interventions. Represent the program at external case conferences related to discharge and transition planning.
