The Opportunity:The Care Services Assistant is responsible for a comprehensive range of duties, balancing administrative responsibilities and support services with direct care for our residents. What Youll Do. Utilize OnShift to manage schedules, fill shifts, approve overtime, and ensure compliance with regulatory staffing requirements. Collaborate with department leaders to plan and fulfill staffing needs, maintain visibility of schedules, and reduce dependency on external staffing agencies. Cover caregiver role on an as-needed basis to ensure continuous, high-quality care and support for our residents. Utilize PointClick.
