Location:Indianapolis, IN (Onsite - Hybrid after 90 days)

Position Type: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

What You'll Do

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in advancing care through research. You'll manage and support clinical studies, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate closely with healthcare providers, patients, and external partners.

Your Impact

  • Assist in planning and executing research projects under the direction of the Medical Director and Primary Investigator
  • Coordinate study-related care, assess patient eligibility, and guide participants through the informed consent process
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, investigators, sponsors, and monitors
  • Collaborate with the finance team to create budgets, track payments, and manage patient stipends
  • Prepare regulatory documents and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
  • Support internal quality assurance and participate in audits and monitoring visits
  • Contribute to a team deeply committed to compassionate care and research excellence

What You Bring

  • Associate's degree in a related field (minimum requirement)
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinical research, healthcare, or a related setting
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A flexible, collaborative, and patient-centered approach
  • Valid Indiana driver's license and auto insurance
  • Ability to enable multi-factor authentication on a personal smart device
