Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop business strategies aligned with our growth goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships within your assigned territory through in-person interactions.
• Streamline the referral-to-admission process for a seamless experience.
• Educate the community, referral sources, and physicians about our innovative programs and services.
• Leverage market analyses to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
• Address and resolve admission barriers; follow up on variables affecting admissions.
• Organize and lead professional presentations and in-services about our services and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current driver's license and clean driving record as per company policy.
• Active clinical licensure and CPR certification required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two or more years of clinical or healthcare tech experience preferred.
• Experience in nurse liaison or successful healthcare sales preferred.
• CRRN certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, legal regulations, market trends, and competitive analysis.
