Clinical Rehab Specialist, PT - Piedmont Healthcare : Job Details

Description: RESPONSIBLE FOR: The CRS is responsible for the ongoing assessment of patients for admission to the facility and coordination of their wtransfer. Responsible for marketing calls to appropriate referral sources, under the direction of the Rehab Director. Communicates with all rehabilitation team members, including the Medical Director, to ensure candidates are approved and goals are set for achievement of independent lifestyle. Qualifications: MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Associates required BSN preferred MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience in rehabilitation and marketing preferred 2 years nursing experience preferred MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Current registration with the Board of Nurse Examiners for the State of Georgia required State of Georgia RN License or an Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification required Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse preferred ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in rehabilitation and marketing preferred 2 years nursing experience preferred
