Why This Role Exists

We're expanding nationwide on-site NP programs that sit at the core of our AI-driven care model. To keep pace, we need a recruiter who can find, excite, and close mission-driven Nurse Practitioners (FNP, AGACNP, PMHNP) at scale—then build the playbook so Circadia can add hundreds more. You'll own NP hiring end-to-end and shape our employer brand in the clinical community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Source, screen, interview, and close NPs for post-acute, home-health, and virtual-care roles in 20+ states.
  • Pipeline Architecture: Build sustainable funnels—alumni networks, digital campaigns, conferences, and referral engines—to deliver 10+ accepted NP offers per month.
  • Hiring Manager Partner: Translate headcount plans into role scorecards, interview rubrics, and comp packages that balance speed and rigor.
  • Employer Brand Evangelist: Craft LinkedIn, Doximity, and conference messaging that makes Circadia the obvious choice for clinicians who love tech-enabled care.
  • Data-Driven Ops: Track funnel metrics in Greenhouse, forecast time-to-fill, and run weekly dashboards for exec leadership.
  • Process Excellence: Standardize credentialing hand-offs, background checks, and onboarding so new hires see patients within 14 days of offer acceptance.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 3–5 yrs high-volume recruiting (100+ hires/yr) for nurse practitioners, physicians, or advanced practice clinicians.
  • Deep knowledge of NP licensure, multi-state telemedicine regulations, malpractice requirements, and credentialing workflows.
  • Proven ability to close senior clinicians in competitive markets—Los Angeles, Phoenix, Dallas, Atlanta, NYC.
  • Fluent with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Doximity Talent Finder).
  • Exceptional storytelling and negotiation skills; you build rapport fast and handle comp conversations with confidence.
  • U.S. work authorization and willingness to work hybrid from our El Segundo HQ (3 days/week) and travel to key conferences (5–6 times/year).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior experience scaling clinician teams for RPM, E&M, value-based care organizations.
  • Network in geriatric, palliative, or post-acute NP communities.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Monday.com, and light SQL for recruiting analytics.
