Clinical Psychologist - Cell Staff : Job Details

We are urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Master's Level Clinician (Limited License acceptable) for an ongoing contract at the Gus Harrison Correctional Facility! If you have experience in a program similar to ours and meet the requirements, we encourage you to apply.

Position Details:

• Shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday.
• Weekend Requirement: No weekends.
• Pay Rate: $60.00/hour
• Contract Length: Ongoing

Requirements:

• Education & License: Must hold a master's level degree and have an active license. A limited license is acceptable.
• Experience: Previous experience is required and should be relevant to the specific program offered at this facility.
• Certifications: Must have a BLS certification from either the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross.
• Vaccine Status: COVID-19 vaccination is not required for this position.
• Scrub Color: You can wear any color scrubs except navy blue.

Job Duties:

As a Master's Level Clinician, you will be responsible for providing a range of clinical services to a diverse population. Your duties will include:

• Therapeutic Interventions: Providing individual and group therapy sessions.
• Assessments: Conducting comprehensive psychological and behavioral assessments to determine patient needs.
• Treatment Planning: Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans.
• Documentation: Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment summaries.
• Case Management: Coordinating care with other healthcare providers, social workers, and community resources.
• Crisis Intervention: Responding to and de-escalating crisis situations.
• Collaboration: Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
