Provides leadership for all Pharmacy clinical activities within assigned area. Embraces the goals/objectives encompassing Pharmaceutical activities. Promotes team efforts with pharmacy and non-pharmacy personnel to manage and achieve departmental/corporate objectives. Provides support for staff development so that staff meets/exceeds minimum competency standards and encourages/supports staff to continue professional development.
