This role performs all duties in a manner that promotes a team-oriented environment and aligns with the organization's mission and philosophy. Required Qualifications:

• PharmD in Pharmacy or Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy.
• Relevant Pharmacist License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Acute care hospital pharmacy experience (1 year or equivalent experience).
• Completion of an ASHP-accredited PGY1 residency.
