The Role

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to play a pivotal role in patient care and the evolution of our technology-driven platform. This position involves direct medication therapy consultations, collaboration with healthcare professionals, and contributions to platform enhancements. Additionally, you will support and help oversee the Clinical Care team.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and adherence counseling using our software.
• Assess patient data, document findings, and generate reports to support treatment optimization.
• Provide expert guidance to patients, providers, and other healthcare professionals.
• Review and evaluate medication therapy recommendations from Virtual Pharmacist users.
• Facilitate prior authorizations and assist patients with financial and transportation resources to improve medication adherence.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to workflow optimization.
• Guide and help oversee Clinical Care team members while orienting new Virtual Pharmacist users.
• Evaluate and develop clinical algorithms and intervention strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations.
• Must be comfortable with completing 40+ cold calls a day.
• Ideally seeking someone who is bilingual in Spanish

Pay$57-$65/hour depending on experience

9:00/9:30am-6:00/6:30pm Pacific

6:00/6:30am-2:30/3:00pm Pacific
