This team includes a Psychiatric MD, a Primary Care Physician, a Psychologist, highly qualified Group Facilitators, and a dedicated Patient Navigator. Each team member is devoted to guiding patients through their journey to behavioral wellness.

About the job

As a Clinical Outreach and Business Development manager, youll play a vital role in creating new, and leveraging existing relationships with parents, pediatricians, hospitals, specialists, schools, and other key stakeholders to address the needs of vulnerable youth and adults.

Your responsibilities will include utilizing your network to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions that support the mental health and well-being of young individuals. By collaborating closely with parents, healthcare providers, and educational institutions, youll ensure that our services are accessible to those who need them most, ultimately making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and their communities. With your dedication and commitment, youll help us fulfill our mission of improving behavioral health outcomes for all.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic outreach initiatives to build and strengthen relationships with pediatricians, hospitals, and childrens hospitals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pediatric healthcare sector, including partnerships, collaborations, and referrals.
  • Serve as a trusted liaison between Sygnity Wellness and healthcare providers, providing education and resources on our services and programs.
  • Coordinate and conduct outreach activities, including presentations, meetings, and networking events, to promote awareness of our mental health services.
  • Build relationships in the local clinical community to provide resources and support for at-risk youth, collaborating with schools, community organizations, and social service agencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, clinical, and administrative staff, to develop targeted marketing materials, proposals, and presentations.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Learn and be proficient in our EMR system.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM system and generate regular reports for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in outreach and business development, preferably in the healthcare, mental health, and substance use disorder fields.
  • Strong understanding of the pediatric healthcare landscape, including knowledge of pediatricians, hospitals, and childrens hospitals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with healthcare professionals.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and pursuing opportunities for business growth.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to generate reports and analyze data.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, presentations, and events.
Other Requirements
  • Must be available to work full-time.
  • Must be able to clear a Level 2 background check.
