AP Executive Staffing is hiring an experienced Clinical Operations Director with a strategic mindset for our customer, a highly reputable specialty physician group in WNY. In this role, you will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing all aspects of the operating functions, processes, and staff while upholding the core values of being patient centered, team focused, service driven, accountable, and innovative.

Core Competencies:

Operational Excellence:Efficient management of OR scheduling, supply chain, and staffingFinancial Acumen:Budgeting, cost control, purchasing, and financial analysisRegulatory Expertise:Deep knowledge of CMS, AAAHC, infection control, and patient safety standardsLeadership & Team Development: Hiring, training, performance evaluation, and staff engagementStrategic Thinking:Board-level communication, initiative planning, and long-term growth alignmentCommunication:Comfortable presenting to the board and leading cross-functional staff meetingsChange Management:Adaptable and proactive in response to industry shifts or legislative updates

Qualifications:

  • BS in Nursing or related health profession (i.e. business administration, public administration)
  • 8–15+ years in healthcare administration, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role at a fast-paced, patient-centered ASC with measurable outcomes in quality improvement and operational efficiency
  • Three years of leadership experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center managing staff, budgets, clinical protocols, and regulatory compliance required
  • Experience leading surgeons, anesthesia providers, nurses, and techs
  • Experience obtaining and/or maintaining CMS certification through AAAHC
  • BLS certification
  • Ability to work well with physicians, employees, patients and others.
  • Computer skills required with minimum proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Salary range: $135,000.00 - $200,000.00
