• Collaborate with clinical leaders to enhance care outcomes through expert consultation
• Lead the development of nursing practices based on established guidelines and research

• Master's Degree from an accredited clinical nurse specialist program
• Active Registered Nurse License in Washington, Oregon, Montana, or Texas upon hire
• Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse License in the respective state upon hire
• National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the area of specialty

• Certification in the area of specialty upon hire
• 2 years of experience as a Clinical Nurse Specialist
