Assist in the delivery of primary health care services and patient care management. Demonstrates competence in the skills necessary to carry out assigned duties. Administer medications by all routes. Apply Nursing Process (Assessment, Diagnosis, Planning, Intervention and Evaluation - within licensure guidelines)Act as a liaison with patients, family and providers consistently demonstrating smooth and efficient telephone communication when covering provider call and scheduling patient appointments.
