Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Rogers Behavioral Health : Job Details

Provides oversight of patient care and safety, patient, and family advocacy, and demonstrated expertise of the seclusion and restraint process. Meet with patients and/or staff when patient is experiencing compliance struggles. Consistently demonstrate support to patient and the treatment process. Monitors staff to ensure, efficient, safe, and productive work environment which includes delegation of staff assignments. Provides necessary staff coaching and support, under the direction of nursing leadership. Oversees orientation of new employees, providing direction and coaching as needed. Assists with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high quality, patient-centered care. Participates in the ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, in collaboration with other members of the multidisciplinary team.
