Role Overview:

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. You'll collaborate with a comprehensive management team to oversee nursing operations, ensuring that every patient receives exceptional care that aligns with our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate seamless admission and discharge processes to enhance patient experience and throughput.
• Engage in continuous evaluation of patient care quality and collaborate with management to drive improvements.
• Promote teamwork by collaborating with subject matter experts and other managers to achieve better outcomes and services.
• Champion a patient-first approach and engage in service recovery when needed.
• Implement current nursing strategies to boost staff engagement and initiative participation.
• Provide insights for recruiting, training, and developing new nursing staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor management to meet patient care needs efficiently.
• Support inventory control and effectively manage supplies and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience required.
