Clinical Engineering Medical Device Network Engineer - CommonSpirit Health : Job Details

The CE Medical Device Network Engineer I is responsible for design, implementation and support of IT related changes/projects associated with medical devices supported by the Clinical Engineering IT environment. This position provides specialized repair (Radiology, Clinical Engineering and Clinical Engineering network devices) and maintenance services to medical treatment and diagnostic equipment. ESSENTIAL KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Provides specialized medical equipment repair on Clinical Engineering IT equipment in inventory that requires IT and/or Security related expertise. Performs electrical safety testing on specialized medical equipment in inventory. Performs preventative maintenance/calibrations/security for specialized medical equipment in inventory along with approved Cyber updates for networked equipment. Provides technical/network support and assistance to Clinical Engineering technicians.
