Your Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the clinical team to deliver exceptional ABA therapy services.
• Oversee patient assessments and create tailored treatment plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and behavioral health best practices.
• Train and support staff on clinical techniques and best practices.
• Track patient progress and modify treatment plans to provide optimal care.
• Collaborate with families and professionals to ensure holistic care.
