Clinical Director-Livonia/Canton - BrightSpring Health Services : Job Details

Directly manages all operational and clinical activity related to the assigned facility or territory. Supervise, develop, and train all clinical staff, Assistant Clinical Director, supervising BCBA's, BCBA's, B - Ca. BA's, Behavior Consultants, and Behavior Technicians, in day to day operational activities on an ongoing basis to monitor their performance. Supervising all case management of clinical cases within designated facility or territory on a regular basis, monitoring client supervision, staff support, parent trainings, etc. Assist client and staff members through challenging situations including but not limited to parent concerns, client concerns, interpersonal concerns with other staff members, etc. in collaboration with other administrative teams as deemed appropriate.
