The Clinical Director Outpatient Substance Abuse Services Residential is responsible for the overall operation of the Short Term Residential (STR)/ Long Term Residential (LTR) and Detox Programs. This position supports organizational goals by providing quality customer service, participating in performance improvement efforts and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork and cooperation. QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION: Master's degree in psychology, counseling, human services, social work or related field required. LICENSE/ CERTIFICATION: EXPERIENCE: Minimum 5 years of experience in substance use disorder services required. Minimum 2 years in a supervisory capacity required.
