• Provides overall direction and supervision for new clinic.
• Interview, hire and build a team of center-based BCBAs and RBTs.
• Foster outstanding customer and clinical staff engagement and satisfaction.
• Create action plans to improve clinical operations.
• Own quality and outcomes, RBT credentialing, and utilization KPIs.

• Minimum 3 years as BCBA
• Some leadership or training experience as a BCBA
• Experience as Clinical Director or similar preferred
• Reside in IN or be able to commute to Muncie daily.

$92,000 - $105,000 salary
