Golden Care Therapy is seeking an experienced and passionate Clinical Director to join our leadership team. This role is a unique opportunity to shape clinical quality and support a growing network of BCBAs and behavior technicians delivering in-home ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Golden Care Therapy is committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services to families in need. We emphasize clinical excellence, compassionate care, and consistent support for our teams and the families we serve. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and leadership to BCBAs and RBTs across multiple cases
- Ensure quality assurance, compliance with BACB guidelines, and ethical service delivery
- Support onboarding, mentorship, and training of new BCBAs
- Conduct clinical reviews, monitor client progress, and support program integrity
- Collaborate with operations to ensure appropriate staffing and caseload distribution
- Assist in developing clinical policies and protocols to promote excellence in care
- Serve as a point of escalation for clinical concerns or high-risk cases
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong understanding of in-home ABA service delivery
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a remote or hybrid clinical team
