We're looking for a results-driven Registered Dietitian to lead nutritional care efforts in our outpatient clinics. In this role, you will assess patient needs, deliver personalized interventions, and track outcomes to improve long-term health. You'll work closely with care teams and ensure every patient receives high-quality, culturally responsive nutrition services.
Key Outcomes You'll Deliver:
- Develop and execute patient-centered nutrition interventions using the Nutrition Care Process.
- Identify educational needs and tailor counseling approaches to overcome learning barriers.
- Deliver evidence-based, individualized or group nutrition counseling with measurable goals.
- Incorporate cultural, age-specific, and religious considerations into care plans.
- Track and document patient progress, follow up on outcomes, and adjust plans to support treatment goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with medical nutrition therapy orders.
- Maintain timely, accurate records of assessments, diagnoses, interventions, and results.
What You Bring:
For licensure on or after Jan. 1, 2024:
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- Completion of a didactic program in dietetics (ACEND-accredited)
For licensure prior to Jan. 1, 2024:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Completion of a didactic program in dietetics (ACEND-accredited)
All applicants must have:
- Current Oklahoma Dietitian Licensure (or eligibility to obtain within 6 months)
- Current RD or RDN credential through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics
