The Clinical Counselor provides psychotherapeutic interventions for children and their families who have experienced traumatic events. Other duties include, but are not limited to: Provides care coordination and case management for children and families Counsels patient and their families to enhance their understanding and acceptance of personal and situational problems Collaborates with program's multi-disciplinary team and participates in development and implementation of treatment plans Serves as a resource and advocate on behalf of the client Provides documentation in client charts to reflect significant events and progress towards treatment goals Job Requirements Education: Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, and have or obtain independent licensure as either a social worker or professional counselor with the State of Ohio within 1 year of hire Skills: Must have strong organizational, computer and communication skills, strong ability to engage coworkers, p...Counselor, Clinical, Healthcare
