Position Title: Clinical Coordinator Location: Henderson, NC 27536 Job Type: Full-time, Part-time Pay Range: $52,000.00 – $58,000.00 per year

Transitional Therapeutic Services (TTS) is committed to delivering compassionate, client-centered behavioral health services that promote healing, growth, and resilience. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Clinical Coordinator to help lead one of our service lines and ensure excellence in care, compliance, and team performance.

Position Summary:

The Clinical Coordinator provides both clinical and administrative oversight to a designated service team, ensuring operations run efficiently and services meet the standards of quality, compliance, and effectiveness. This role supports licensed and associate-level clinicians while collaborating with leadership to uphold agency policies and meet the needs of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct supervision and support to licensed and associate-level clinicians within the assigned service area.

Monitor billing practices, authorizations, and documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with agency and payer requirements.

Oversee case management to ensure services meet medical necessity criteria and adhere to clinical and billing standards.

Conduct regular chart audits and quality reviews of service documentation.

Manage staff scheduling to align with client needs and clinician availability.

Offer or arrange clinical consultation, training, and technical assistance as needed.

Facilitate team performance evaluations and support disciplinary processes in collaboration with leadership.

Ensure compliance with licensure requirements, ongoing training mandates, and credentialing standards.

Represent the assigned service line in agency meetings and communicate service updates, needs, and goals effectively.

Qualifications/Minimum Requirements:

Active licensure or associate-level licensure (e.g., LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LMHC, or LMFT-A).

At least four (4) years of experience in mental health, developmental disabilities, or substance use services.

Preferred Qualifications:

One year of case management or supervisory experience.

Familiarity with the public MH/DD/SA service system in North Carolina.

Experience with Medicaid documentation and billing requirements.

Certifications/Requirements:

CPI, NCI, or equivalent certification required (or ability to obtain prior to hire).

Relevant clinical training and experience with the service population served.
