Position: Clinical Case ManagerStatus: Full-time, exempt Location: Hybrid, Boston, MACompensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually (commensurate with credentials and experience)Reports to: Director of Coaching and Case ManagementWho we are:Intent Clinical offers a continuum of services to guide individuals and families through the behavioral health industry by providing concierge-level care, identifying suitable treatment and aftercare options, and assisting in creating and implementing sustainable recovery plans. We help address the needs of those struggling with behavioral health issues, including substance use disorders, mental health issues, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. We also support individuals on the autism spectrum, aging adults with dementia, and young adults who are struggling with transitions to independence.Who you are:You are collaborative, and organized, have excellent oral communication, andwriting skills, and developing meaningful professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and coworkers. You are professional, dependable, and able to tailor your therapeutic approach according to each client's specific needs. You have experience in the mental health and behavioral health industry, outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills, and a strong understanding of the family systems and addressing complex family dynamics. You are dedicated to the client's well-being, understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion, and are adept at managing crises while remaining calm and focused. The ideal case management/recovery coach candidate is adept at working independently while also thriving with supervision and guidance. You are comfortable with a hybrid work schedule consisting of at least 1 day a week in our Boston office and meeting clients in the community or home setting.What you'll do:Direct Care/Client ServicesReport to the Director of Case Management Maintain average weekly utilization of at least 60% providing billable services to clients. This may include:Provision of coaching, consulting, and other client servicesCoordinating and helping to complete a comprehensive consultation addressing the client's educational, vocational, recreational, and social needs.Clinical: defining what clinical services will be accessed and how frequently. Facilitating efficient communication between treatment team, client, and family coach.Educational: assistance in selecting a school program. Supporting a client's school plan, including class selection, connections, and school-based resources (i.e. tutoring and counseling).Vocational plan: assessment of vocational interests, short-term support for finding and keeping a job and long-term planning towards career goals.Recreational plan: discovery of clients' interests in cultural, sports-related, and artistic pursuits.
