Position: Clinical Case Manager

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000 annually (commensurate with credentials and experience)

Who We AreIntent Clinical offers a continuum of services to guide individuals and families through the behavioral health industry by providing concierge-level care, identifying suitable treatment and aftercare options, and assisting in creating and implementing sustainable recovery plans. We help address the needs of those struggling with behavioral health issues, including substance use disorders, mental health issues, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. We also support individuals on the autism spectrum, aging adults with dementia, and young adults who are struggling with transitions to independence.
Who You AreYou are collaborative, organized, have excellent oral communication, and writing skills, and developing meaningful professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and coworkers. You are professional, dependable, and able to tailor your therapeutic approach according to each client's specific needs. You have experience in the mental health and behavioral health industry, outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills, and a strong understanding of the family systems and addressing complex family dynamics. You are dedicated to the client's well-being, understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion, and are adept at managing crises while remaining calm and focused. The ideal case management/recovery coach candidate is adept at working independently while also thriving with supervision and guidance. You are comfortable with a hybrid work schedule consisting of at least 1 day a week in our Boston office and meeting clients in the community or home setting.
