Clinical Business Analyst I - Mass General Brigham : Job Details

Works with users to provide software/application support services. May also work with users to understand clinical and business workflows, document functional requirements, execute test scripts and user acceptance testing. Essential Functions. Support and educate users on the use of clinical and complementary applications.-Help identify and resolve issues, escalating as needed for timely resolution.-Provide high quality service to end users, according to defined service level agreements. -Run reports as needed. -Assist with the documentation of business processes. -Understand user requirements; assist in translating these into functional requirements. -Assist with executing user acceptance testing plans. -Participate in team meetings to discuss team and project activities, issues, changes, and communications. Qualifications. Education Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
