Clinical Excellence/ Patient Care - Prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies and cleanliness to allow for an efficient day. - Demonstrate competency in clinical skills necessary to complete basic rooming functions to include vital signs, completion of chart review for outstanding patient needs and complete all necessary documentation in participants chart consistent with rooming protocols. - Assist provider and other clinical staff in preparing participant for examination, treatment and minor surgical procedures. - Monitor and act on participant readiness for care, arrival, need for additional care, for example blood work, procedures or imaging. - Prepare charts in support of the provider, in a thorough understanding of care gaps and participant needs for the visit and after. - Assist provider and other team members accordingly within scope and training during emergency situations. - Coordinate and schedule participant assessments with PACE provider - May be required to draw and coll...Clinical, Assistant, Healthcare, Skills, Certification
