Clinical Aide (FT/Tues-Sat 3p-11p) - Cazenovia Recovery Systems : Job Details

Conducts safety checks on the facility. Responds to crises and emergencies. Assists with referrals and coordination of services with fellow providers. Conducts breathalyzer and toxicology screenings. Responds to immediate social or housekeeping issues. Assists with and observes resident medication compliance. Makes referrals, coordinates services and maintains regular ongoing consultations with other providers, managed care providers, legal agencies, etc. to assist counseling staff. Maintains all clinical documentation, reporting, record keeping, treatment planning, screening, assessment, and discharge planning (as supported by certification or license scope of practice). Provides group and individual treatment interventions (as supported by certification or license scope of practice).
