As our Clinic Receptionist in our Primary Care & Ortho Clinic at CHI St. Joseph's Health, now part of CommonSpirit Health formed between Catholic Health Initiatives (CHI) and Dignity Health, youll be a vital part of our office team, supporting our clinic manager and keeping things running smoothly. Your success in this role stems from your ability to be kind and personable, while still maintaining your work output. You will be answering and routing phone calls in accordance with practice policies; scheduling patient appointments; greeting and registering patients; collecting, verifying and updating patient demographic, copays, and insurance information; and general administrative support duties. You'll do a lot of work in various Google programs: Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar, to name a few. You'll also handle sensitive information, so you know that confidentiality is a must.
