Clinic/Practice Assistant, Ortho Walk-In - Mass General Brigham : Job Details

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Practice Assistant to work onsite Monday through Friday from 10:30 am to 7:00 pm with One Saturday per month. The home location will be 500 Merrimack Street, Lawrence, 01843. We do our best to keep all employees in their assigned departments; however, you may also be asked to float to other departments or other sites in the Merrimack Valley/ Tuscan area during orientation (for training/precepting purposes) or during times of staffing shortages/other extenuating circumstances (for cross-coverage purposes). Our Practice Assistants play an integral part in the operations of our community-based physician practices. Dedicated to administrative support, these Assistants serve as the gatekeepers of our practices and ensure that our team is delivering the highest quality experience that exceeds our patients' expectations.
