Clinic/Practice Assistant, Internal Medicine - Mass General Brigham : Job Details

We are seeking a part-time, 24-hour Clinic/ Practice Assistant to support the practice onsite on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The Clinic/ Practice Assistant serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting! Our front desk is always a team effort! Two Clinic/ Practice Assistants work side by side, welcoming and checking in about 35 patients each day. Its a lively, people-focused role where youll get to team up with a coworker, keep things running smoothly, and make every patient feel supported.
