Clinic LPN Scheduler - Catholic Health Initiatives : Job Details

**Responsibilities******Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered******Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment**CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic LPN Scheduler to our GI team located at our CUMC-Bergan Campus / Service Center off of 77th & Mercy!Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-430p, NO weekends, NO holidays & NO call!**Scheduling and Coordinating Procedure Appointments:**+ Scheduling procedure appointments for patients to include:+ Creating (from template) instructions from a completed questionnaire.+ Enter medication for the upcoming procedure (when needed).+ Other duties as assigned.**Verifying Patient Information:**+ Confirming patient demographics, insurance information, and other relevant details.+ Communicating with Patients and Healthcare Teams:+ Communicating appointment details, handling inquiries, and coordinating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.**Managing Pre-procedure calls and Reminders:**+ Creating, and sending out patient instructions for the scheduled procedure.+ During the pre-procedure call, they will review patients instructions ensuring patients receive necessary information for the scheduled procedure.**Qualifications****Minimum Qualifications:**+ Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program+ Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board+ Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association+ Completion of IV Therapy Course**Overview**From primary to specialty care as well as walk-in and virtual services CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy.
