Job Type TemporaryDescriptionMountain Land Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join our outpatient clinic in Emmett, Idaho! In addition to Mountain Land's focus on professional growth and caring company culture, this Clinic Director position includes:Competitive annual income of $90,000-$140,000+$1,500 - $2,000 in annual continuing educationRobust medical benefit packageSign-on bonus depending on experienceBuy-in options for directors reaching specific goalsDaily Responsibilities Include:Overseeing the management of an outpatient clinic with the full support of our experienced teams in human resources, marketing, information technology, finance, billing, compliance, and referral development.Managing a team of professional and support staff to reach clear goals with revenue, profit margins, and quality.Participating in management and leadership training.Working collaboratively with nationally recognized therapists to treat a diverse caseload of roughly 10 patients per dayPerforming evaluations and standard appointmentsDesigning a Plan of Care for each individual patient that will progress them in an appropriate mannerLocation: Emmett, IdahoPay Range: $80,000-$100,000 annual salary and $10,000-$40,000+ in performance pay.Hours & Benefits:This will be a full-time, 40-hour per week positionmedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401k with 3% match22 - 29 paid days off and wellness incentivesBenefits add roughly 20-30% additional income to the above pay range Clinical Excellence: Our vision is to provide a primary care PT for everyone.
